Fight Scene

The establishing shot pans across a metal gate and into the alleyway to give it an industrial feel to set the theme of the scene.

The Short shots were used in quick succession to add to the action feel of the scene, whereas the long angle shots of the fight scene which shows the audience

We used a prop of a palette knife to imitate a real knife while alleviating the pressure from accidentally being stabbed.

In the editing process I added some blood to make it seem more realistic and to add to the gritty feel of this film opening. I also added sound effects to add to the realism of this scene.

The diegetic sound from the previous scene is overlayed to the fight scene at a low volume which is then make louder when the fighting starts to add to the tension and action in the scene.
