This is the same type of shot that news channels use and it makes this scene very realistic.

These are used in conjunction to make the hacking look smooth and effortless, also the depth of field is used to swap from focusing on the hooded hero to the keyboard.

Gym Scene

Short Takes and Wide Shots

The short takes make the exercises look more powerful and the wide shots show the background to where the Hooded Hero is training.
